Since it was hard to tell where the quarantine boundaries were, I took a screenshot of Google maps, and then combined with with the map above. (I did this by scaling one image, and matching the coastlines.)

As you can see, nearly the entire San Gabriel Valley is in the quarantine zone, along with much of Los Angeles.
