I forgot about the media and text box! This is a great box that stacks vertically on a mobile screen.

About this Layout
This project isn’t done yet. I need to find art that fits the theme.
It’s meant to be shown in the “blank” page, and requires the theme to have no padding around it. So, it’s hard to integrate into a general site without some adjustment. It could work well for a site that’s entirely for reading groups, where each group would get it’s own page, and a Category to publish notes (one category per book).
How to Host Multiple Sites Cheaply
You can use subdomains: book.riceball.com, club.riceball.com, etc.
If you buy a domain, you can make subdomains for free and set the CNAME to the same as the WordPress server. To used them in WordPress, you use the Multisite installation, create a new site, and set the site URL to the subdomain.
I wouldn’t bother to make one subdomain per book. That would require making a new website for each book. Since each book is just one page, and the notes… that’s an entire site for a couple dozen pages; even worse, it reduces opportunities for aggregating multiple books.
