Japanese Food Recipes from the Internet

Links to recipes and sites.  Anyone can learn, but it helps if you are using reasonably authentic recipes and watching the right videos.  Flavor-wise, this food might take some getting used to because it's a little different from restaurant fare (sushi, tempura, teriyaki).  Also, foodways change all the time, so this stuff is mostly stuff that was considered Japanese in the 20th century, even if the food originated from another culture.
