The PPACA, also known as ObamaCare, has a tragic flaw in it that will cause employers to favor hiring part-time workers rather than full-time workers. The working class of America are already suffering from 35-hour work weeks that are called "part time" to avoid laws that help workers. We need laws that encourage employers to raise hours to full-time, so employees can get health benefits and other benefits.

Legislator, please amend the PPACA (ObamaCare) so that part-time workers are included in calculating taxes for employees who are part-timers and avail themselves of healthcare discounts or Medicaid. This will have the effect of penalizing companies that favor part-time staffing over full-time staffing; the result would be more complete medical coverage for workers, higher incomes for low-wage workers, and a big change in the way American business operates and values its employees.
